Oxen is a federally registered not-for-profit organization based in Canada, working across the circumpolar Arctic, whose mission is:

To support and promote business development strategies that aim to fully integrate local people and provide social and economic benefits to communities in the Arctic.

To ensure local perspectives are an integral part
of every Arctic travel experience.

To increase employment and support the growth of
locally owned businesses in Arctic communities.
